"Mine Is the Care of the Future"

Pack For The Future is a ministry providing hungry children the assurance of food for the weekend days away from school. The Lydia Circle of Johnson Memorial United Methodist Women has partnered with an elementary school in Huntington, WV, to provide children who qualify for reduced-cost or free breakfasts and lunches with breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and beverages for the weekend days they are not in school. This outreach ministry is possible only through the generous contributors and volunteers. Our beginning is modest; our dream is big; our hope is to see an end to childhood/family hunger in our community, our state, our country, and our world. We trust this will happen as we fill each pack with food and love and prayer.
